about

Unjustly imprisoned for a murder he didn't commit, Darryl Hunt served 20 years in the North Carolina penal system. The compelling courtroom documentary, released in 2006 and aired on HBO in 2007, tells the tragic story, and triumphantly documents the capture of the real killer. The soundtrack album for the film includes bits of the atmospheric and creative score composed by Paul Brill (former singer/songwriter of Envelope), as well as demos, rarities, and brand new songs composed especially for the record, from respected artists like M. Ward, Andrew Bird, The Last Poets, Califone, Dead Prez, and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.
